The Portacel Cherwell V Changeover System is designed for vacuum lines with flow rates from 80 g/h to 4 kg/h. It is intended for use with vacuum dosing units that do not include a vacuum relief valve but which have a shut-off point above normal operating level when a gas container is exhausted.

The Cherwell V provides a safe, simple means of automating small chlorination plants. The changeover switch allows stations to operate unmanned without interruption to the supply of gas when containers become empty, preventing the risk of contamination during the critical changeover period.
